Figured we need a space for the famous That damn Arnold ranting after doing your workouts.
Today, Legday, I swapped the second set of squats, the front squats, for goblet squats, I needed a break and goblet gets me deeper, but had to do qat more reps..
Barely made it through those lunches, was almost shaking towards the end 🫨

lol yesterday, i shouted that damn arnold, ketch and adam ^^
I had to do 4x8 reps of Barbell Lunges and these are pretty bad for me left knee,
So i switched to Dumbbell Reverse Lunges, which are much better for me, but instead of 4x8 it switched to 4x20 !!!
this is a sore day today
