My name is Florian and I am a member of the Pump Newsletter since the first or second week it came out, as well as a Live Time Member of the Pump Club App, using it since it came out.

Been born early 1982, I grew up with Arnolds movies and the legend around him, been Bavarian (German) made me always feeling close to him, especially growing up in a small small village..

Got to say, he is not the main reason I am working out (again), I started again before the newsletter even came out, but I love the work that his team puts into that and that they try to report without any bias and facts rather than fiction, always linking their sources. I sure learned a lot about nutrition, proper exercise and how to push my limits from them, but I learned even more how to approach things with a more positive and can do manner, even when I get obstacles in the way, e.g. in my job as IT-Manager when people are frustrated, I take it, look for what can be done to help them and move on, rather than replying in a way that might cause even more tension.. and it shows effect :D

Ping me if you have any further questions!

My Name is Philipp, but since I am 13 years old I am better known under my nickname "Ted" .

I am also getting the newsletter since Day 1 and joined the pump app when it came out. As I was training for a while with Garmin Workouts, I wasn't sure if this is something for me and did not make use of the lifetime membership offer.
It did not take long to realize that this was a mistake

I also grew up with Arnolds movies (Born in 1981) but never considered myself an Arnold Fan as I was mainly focused on horror movies.
Best thing for me about the Pump App is the progression of the workouts. Garmin workouts are static and don't progress.
So after doing them for almost 2 years, results were low to non existent - I wasn't in bad shape but I did not get stronger either, I was more or less maintaining my fitness. Once I really started following the pump workouts with First Set Mindset, I finally see results :D
